GCC-5011 90°Off-Axis Parabolic Mirrors
The Off-Axis Parabolic Mirrors achromatically focus a collimated beam or collimate a divergent source, and their off-axis design separates the focal point from the rest of the beam path. The mirrors are fabricated using aluminum substrates. The parabolic surface has a protected gold coating which provides >95% average reflectance from 650nm to 20µm. The bottom of each mirror has three M4 mounting holes for easy installation and fixing. Now we have protect gold, protect silver and UV enhanced aluminum off-axis parabolic mirror for options.
Selection guide
When using off-axis parabolic mirror collimation point light source, according to the required output beam diameter to select the appropriate mirror, using the divergence Angle of incident light and parabolic mirror reflection effective focal length to calculate the beam diameter. Calculated by the small Angle approximation, the beam diameter, formula is as follows:
Beam Diameter = sin(θ) x REFL
If the output beam is from collimation optical fiber, the formula is as follows:
Beam Diameter = 2 x NA(fiber) x REFL
