Function introduction

This kit is used to collect and analyze the weak fluorescence generated on the surface of the object and simultaneously microscopically image the surface of the object that produces fluorescence. This kit requires the use of two microscope objectives. The front objective requires the use of large numerical apertures to collect as much weak fluorescence as possible, depending on the surface detail of the object that produces the fluorescence. The back end of the microscope objective needs to match the spectrometer's incoming fiber parameters to ensure more fluorescence can enter the spectrometer. The middle split prism allows the front-end microscope objective to match the digital camera and observe the microstructure of the object's surface’s fluorescence.

The whole system is arranged in a "T" shape, which is firmly fixed to the optical platform by three fixed supports. The vertical fixing seat below the beam split prism can be inserted into the vertical two-direction stainless steel rod to ensure the perpendicularity in both directions. The fiber can be fixed on the 4D mounting bracket through the flange interface, which can be accurately aligned with the rear objective lens. The coaxial cage system allows user to insert other components in the middle of the optical path, such as color filters, light-shielding cylinders.
